When you order Flexorix in Nigeria, the warming massage cream for sore joints and muscles, you trust us with a few personal details. This page sets out which details those are, why we need them and how you can control them. Using flexorix.org means you accept the practices described below.
Details we ask for
The order form needs only your name and phone number. During the confirmation call we also note the delivery address you give us. We never ask for bank card numbers, passwords or medical records.
Like most sites, our server also logs technical data such as browser type, device and the pages opened. This helps us keep the site working and is not used to identify you personally.
Why we use them
- to call you back and confirm the order;
- to hand your parcel to the courier and arrange the drop-off;
- to answer questions you send us about Flexorix or delivery;
- to spot and block fake or abusive orders.
Your details are not sold or rented to anyone. Couriers receive only what they need to deliver the parcel.
Storage and protection
